Quite apart from needing plenty of office space for their egos, typical workplace ‘rockstars’ present a number of problems.

They’ll demand favoured status, special treatment and adulation from their 'groupies'
The hangover from the weekend will probably last until Thursday and, on Friday, the cycle will begin again
And do you really want to deal with wrecked rooms and smashed up furniture?
Bottom line:
Explain what you really want.
Let the 'rockstars' have their 15 minutes of fame and glory somewhere else.
