You’ve probably heard statements similar to these:

That’s a fairly unique design.
He has a very unique style.
She was the most unique person I ever met.

If you’re ‘word wise’, you’ll eliminate these expressions from your writing and speech.

The problem? It’s just that ‘unique’ is what we call an absolute adjective.
